Before mailing any envelopes, make sure your social casino account has undergone both ID and address verification. Envelope Size #10 White Envelope Request Card Size: 4x6, unfolded, blank and unlined. Pen Ink: Any color Do not reside in any of the following states: Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Washington. What to write on the request card: Visit Chumba Casino and get your Request Code by clicking on the “Postal Request Code” link in the Lobby. Write the Request Code in the top-left corner on the Request Card. Under the Postal Request Code, write in the following order: ▪ your full name as shown on your government issued identification; ▪ your email address registered on your Chumba Casino account; ▪ the return/residential address registered on your Chumba Casino account; and ▪ the exact following statement: “I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Chumba Casino. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Chumba Casino’s Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules.” What to write on the stamped #10 envelope: In the upper left hand corner of the envelope: Your return address and the words: “Sweepstakes Entries" In the center: CHUMBA CASINO SWEEPSTAKES DEPARTMENT PO BOX #9501 PORTSMOUTH, NH 03802 FAQ When will I get my SC? (drop time) The time for Chumba Casino to give you the sweeps coins is around 8 weeks. Can I use the same Request Code on multiple letters? You need a unique Request Code for each letter. Generating a new Request Code takes about 5 minutes. How long is the Request Code valid? The Request Code at Chumba Casino is valid for 30 days. Must the letter and envelope be handwritten? Yes. Evan Posted July 16 Share Posted July 16 I was reading in another post that you have to put “Sweepstakes Credits” @ the bottom left of the envelope. Your post says to put “Sweepstakes Entries”.
