1. Visit this link and get your Request Code by clicking on the “Request Code” button.
2. Write the Request Code in the top-left corner on the Request Card.
3. Under the Postal Request Code, write in the following order:
   ▪ your full name as shown on your government issued identification;
   ▪ the URL - www.Pulsz.com;
   ▪ your return address;
   ▪ your email address registered to your User Account; and
   ▪ the exact following statement: "I would like to request free Sweepstakes Coins offered by Yellow Social Interactive Limited in order to enter the promotional Sweepstakes offered on pulsz.com. I agree to be bound by the general Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules.”

What to write on the stamped #10 envelope:

In the upper left hand corner of the envelope:

• the Request Code.
• Your return address;
• the URL www.pulsz.com;
• the words: “Sweepstakes Coins”

In the center:

• YSI-Sweepstakes

Alabama is not on the restricted territories list and can play, redeem and enter through the postal entry process.  I live here in Alabama.
