What you need before you start:

• An account at Fliff. Before mailing any envelopes, ensure your social betting account has undergone both ID and address verification.

• Blank Request Card (Must be 3” x 5”)
• Pen Ink: Any color.

What to write on the 3” x 5” request card:

2. On the Request Card, write in the following order:

• Your full name as shown on your government-issued identification.
• The email address registered to your Fliff account.
• The username associated with your Fliff account.
• The User ID# associated with your Fliff account.
• The return/residential address registered to your Fliff account; and
• The exact following statement: "I wish to receive Fliff Cash to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Fliff. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Fliff’s Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules.”

What to write on the stamped #10 envelope:

• On the front of the envelope, write your return address in the top left corner.
• Below your return address, write the words: “Fliff Sweepstakes Credits”.
