To get your Postal Request Code, visit this page while logged in and click on the hyperlinked "Generated here" text in clause 3.5.

On the paper, write in the following order:

  1. Your unique Postal Request Code.
  2. Your full name as shown on your government-issued identification.
  3. The email address registered to your Chanced account.
  4. Your return/residential address registered to your Chanced account.
  5. The exact following statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Chanced. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Chanced's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules.”

What to write on the stamped #10 envelope:


In the upper left-hand corner of the envelope:

  • Your return address.
  • Below your return address, clearly write the words: “Sweepstakes Entries”.
