Quote Competition Terms and Conditions Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are residents of the United States of America (excluding outlying territories) and Canada, except where prohibited by law. Participants must have an active account with Vegas Gems and must be registered members of our community forum with verified email addresses. The competition is not open to residents of Washington, Nevada, Michigan, or Idaho in the U.S., or Quebec in Canada, or any other global territory where Sweepstakes are not legal due to local regulations. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes Games. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Employees of the organizing company, their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition in any way are not eligible to enter the competition. How to Enter: Participants must follow all steps outlined in the "How to participate" section of the competition details. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered. Prizes: The prizes for the competition are as follows: First Place: 100 Gems Second Place: 50 Gems Third Place: 10 in Gems Please note that Vegas Gems has a minimum redemption amount of 100 Gems. Consequently, winners of the Second and Third Places will need to accumulate a total of at least 100 Gems in their Vegas Gems account before they can redeem their prizes. This may require additional participation in Vegas Gems' activities or contests to meet the minimum redemption requirement. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Winner selection: The winners will be chosen at random using the service offered at https://wheelofnames.com/. Notification of Winners: Winners will be announced on April 22, 2024 in the specified thread and contacted via forum PM/email to collect their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Rights: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The organizing company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organizer. Data Protection and Publicity: Participants agree to the use of their usernames and images in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
